Yes, you may submit your designs for consideration for use by Free Spirit. Submissions must be int the form of an Artist's Portfolio. All portfolios should showcase your best work and presented as professionally as possible. Because of the large volume of submissions we regularly receive, email submissions are not accepted for review. Artwork submission portfolios must be presented on good quality color copies, shown in full repeat scale, and must include color palette ideas. It is also recommended that you submit a written explanation of how the designs have been inspired.

Your submitted designs will be evaluated on: creativity, originality, innovation, technical skills, how the designs reflect your interests, how they stand alone as well as work together cohesively. We will also be looking for how they showcase the range of your work.

Please keep in mind that we are looking for artwork that is unique from any of our current artists, and we suggest that you look at our websites to review what is currently in our fabric lines and compare these to your designs prior to submitting them.
